This notice explains how BioEuNex s.r.o. processes the personal data of website visitors and contact persons of B2B partners.

Data we process

When you submit a B2B inquiry, we may process your name, company, business e-mail, telephone number, estimated volume, area of interest, message content and technical data required for website security.

Purposes and legal bases

• Handling inquiries, preparing quotations and taking steps before entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
• B2B communication, business relationship records and the protection of legal claims – legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Compliance with legal obligations – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where accounting, tax or other legal requirements apply.

The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent used as the legal basis for handling your inquiry.

Retention

Inquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship are generally retained for no longer than 24 months from the last communication. Where a contract or legal obligation arises, data is retained for the applicable statutory period or as necessary to protect legal claims.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed, to the extent necessary, by hosting, e-mail and IT service providers acting as our processors, or disclosed to public authorities where required by law. If a service involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, we will use appropriate safeguards under the GDPR.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, request data portability. Exercise your rights at bioeunex@bioeunex.sk.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

Cookies and analytics

The current website does not use marketing or analytics cookies. Only technically necessary elements required for website operation and security may be used. Before analytics, marketing tools or embedded social-media content are introduced, this notice will be updated and consent requested where required.

Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data for automated individual decision-making or profiling.

Cloudflare Turnstile is prepared to protect the inquiry form from spam. Once enabled, security verification processes technical information such as IP address and browser data. Your inquiry content is not sent to Turnstile.
